All payments are to be made in US Dollars. RDG US customers must maintain a credit card on file, which will be charged as orders are shipped from the RDG US Warehouse.

All returns are accepted with 30 days of shipment provided the item is still in original packaging, purchased at full price, standard assortment, undamaged, and in sellable condition. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and return shipping must be paid by the customer. A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained through RDG US Customer Service (sales@rdg.us) prior to shipping returned goods back to RDG US.

Cancellations are subject to acceptance by RDG US at its sole discretion. Cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee. Special Orders, Closeouts, and Discontinued Product Sales may not be cancelled.

RDG US warrants to Buyer that for a period of 12 months from the delivery date, all Goods will be free from any defects in workmanship and material. RDG US shall have no responsibility or liability for special or indirect or incidental or consequential damages or lost profits or opportunities. All Warranty Claims must be submitted to sales@rdg.us within the warranty period.

Any claims of damage for a shipment must be sent to RDG US personnel within 72 hours of receipt. Each claim should be filed via email to sales@rdg.us and include a description and photos of the damage, a valid PO reference number, and any paperwork or packing lists from within the package. Damage Claims are subject to acceptance by RDG US at its sole discretion.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all RDG US’s intellectual property rights are the sole and exclusive property of RDG US or its licensors and that Buyer does not acquire any ownership interest in any of RDG US's intellectual property rights. The Customer Buyer shall only have a non-exclusive, non-transferable and nonsublicensable right to use RDG US’s trademark as specifically authorized in the written approval and solely in connection with the marketing and sale of the Goods under these Terms. On expiration or earlier termination of these Terms, Buyer shall immediately cease all display and use of all of RDG US's names, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, and will not thereafter use, advertise, promote or display any names, trademark or other intellectual property rights, or any part thereof that are similar to or confusing with RDG US's or its affiliates’ trademarks or with any trademark associated with RDG US, its affiliates or any Goods.

The Customer shall not sell any goods to any resellers without the written consent of RDG US.

These terms supersede all prior writings and understanding of the parties with respect to the sale of the goods and set forth their entire understanding with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Shall be limited to the replacement value of any goods agreed by RDG US to be defective. Goods agreed by RDG US as defective will be replaced free of charge only if reported within 72 hours or at the discretion of RDG US. RDG US shall be under no liability whatsoever for any consequential loss, punitive or incidental damages. RDG US reserves the right to change the price list and range of merchandise without notice. Changes shall be effective when the new lists are released by RDG US.

This terms and conditions and all purchase orders shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of New York.
